Eat Your Water

A short film by Alma Kids about nature, imagination, and the magic of staying hydrated.

The journey of a boy and the wisdom of nature

On an ordinary day, a young boy waters the earth, cares for his flock, and explores the forest in search of seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs. His curiosity leads him beyond the familiar, into a cosmic realm where pomegranates grow. Along this journey, we discover the importance of hydration — the key to energy, vitality, and joy in life.

The film invites us to rethink hydration. Beyond drinking water, we can also “eat” it — through fruits, vegetables, and foods rich in natural water content. A reminder from nature that balance and wellbeing are always within reach.
