Purple Potato Wedges

Ingredients
Purple potatoes
Ground cumin
Ground turmeric
Coconut oil or olive oil
Method
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Cut potatoes into wedges and place in a bowl.
Coat generously with oil and spices using a 2:1 ratio of cumin to turmeric (start with 1 tsp cumin : ½ tsp turmeric).
Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for 25 minutes, tossing halfway, until crisp.
