Spinach Soup
This bright green soup is designed to gently nourish digestion while delivering essential minerals and hydration — perfect for little bodies and sensitive tummies.
Ingredients
A bunch of spinach
1 tsp curcuma (turmeric)
1 small cube fresh ginger, grated
½ tsp Himalayan salt
After blending:
1 tsp spirulina powder
Method
Steam-boil spinach for 3–4 minutes under 40°C.
Blend spinach with ginger, turmeric, and salt until smooth.
Return mixture to the pot and add ½ cup of water.
Bring to a gentle boil.
Garnish with flowers, crushed papaya seeds, and spirulina before serving.
