Spinach Soup

This bright green soup is designed to gently nourish digestion while delivering essential minerals and hydration — perfect for little bodies and sensitive tummies.

Ingredients

  • A bunch of spinach

  • 1 tsp curcuma (turmeric)

  • 1 small cube fresh ginger, grated

  • ½ tsp Himalayan salt

After blending:

  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

Method

  1. Steam-boil spinach for 3–4 minutes under 40°C.

  2. Blend spinach with ginger, turmeric, and salt until smooth.

  3. Return mixture to the pot and add ½ cup of water.

  4. Bring to a gentle boil.

  5. Garnish with flowers, crushed papaya seeds, and spirulina before serving.

Spinach is rich in fibre and water, making it a gentle aid for digestion and helpful for relieving constipation.
